Support is provided in these ways.

• Tutorials. - From the help menu of the application.
• Help files which are available in the application and which are duplicated on this site.

Please scan the FAQs before sending us an email.  When we receive too many emails it may take time to answer all of them and if the question is already answered in an FAQ, or a previous post, the reply may just point you to that source rather than duplicate answers.

There is also a forum and FAQ section just for pre-sale issues.
