Support is provided in these ways.

• Support forums where our staff will answer your questions.
• FAQs on this site.
• Tutorials. - From the help menu of the application.
• Help files which are available in the application and which are duplicated on this site.

Please scan the FAQs and existing Forum posts for answers before posting a question of your own on the Forum. When the forum gets flooded it may take time to answer all queries and if the question is already answered in an FAQ, or a previous post, the reply may just point you to that source rather than duplicate answers.

There is also a forum and FAQ section just for pre-sale issues.
